Licensed Skydivers

Welcome to Whistler Skydiving, the little DZ in the heart of Sea to Sky country! We know – this place is amazing and it is truly a privilege to jump in such a scenic valley. Here is some important information and answers to common questions.

Aircraft

Our Beloved Cessna 182 GBUS is your ride up to the peaks of the Pemberton valley. While standard in appearance, beneath her cowling hides the ferocious Texas Skyways 0-550 motor, making her one of the fastest climbing piston powered jump planes in Western Canada. With a maximum of 4 jumpers on board, you are shuttled to jump run faster than you can say “Is my GoPro on?”

What to Bring:

  • Current License
  • Membership to CSPA or an FAI international parachute organization
  • CSPA temporary membership may be required for additional 3rd party insurance
  • Canadian Sport Parachuting Association (cspa.ca)
  • Personal gear – Sorry no rental gear at this moment

Training

Whistler Skydiving is located in a mountain valley and that can bring on challenging conditions that make our landing zone less suitable for students and A licensed jumpers so we do not offer PFF or First Jump courses as of yet. We prefer to see a current B license but encourage all licensed jumpers to contact us for additional information about the area.
